Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA services in clients’ homes, working closely with BCBAs and families. The role emphasizes compassionate, engaging care for children from birth through 21 years, with emphasis on data-driven treatment and teamwork.

The position offers flexible part-time evening hours, paid training, and a supportive environment focused on growth and impact for families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Reliability and HIPAA confidentiality awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with mobility and active engagement of children 2–15 years old.
