Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our team providing 1-1 in-home ABA services for children from birth to 21. You will work with BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and support families in implementing treatment plans.

The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment. Candidates should be reliable, communicate well, and enjoy helping children and families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or related disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team.
• Move with clients as needed during sessions (physical activity).
