Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children in home-based settings under BCBA supervision. You will work 1-1 with clients in their homes, collecting data and implementing individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on the individualized plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist clients as needed, including activities like standing and moving with children aged 2–15.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
