Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA interventions in clients' homes, under the supervision of BCBAs. The role emphasizes building engaging, effective treatment plans for children from birth to 21 years old.

The position offers flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities to positively impact families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Assist with mobility and safety during sessions as needed.
