Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in Odessa, TX, in-home or community-based, with part-time or full-time options. You’ll work 1:1 to build foundational skills and a more connected, regulated life, guided by a Clinical Partner (BCBA).

The role emphasizes human connection over rigid processes, with flexible scheduling and meaningful family involvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become one with support to obtain certification.
• Live near Odessa, TX with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 in home or community, helping children build foundations for a more connected and regulated life.
• Support children during meaningful time together.
