Bright Pathways ABA in Texas is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in-home or in the community, focused on building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills for greater independence.

You’ll work 1:1 with children, use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies, and implement goals set by your BCBA clinical partner, while collaborating with families and sharing progress in clear terms.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA).
• Help children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills.
• Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way.
• Track session notes and bring your own observations and ideas into care.
