Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Florham Park, NJ is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts.

As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to explain assessments and treatment plans. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to explain assessments and recommendations.
• Lead supervision and training for technicians.
• Ensure safety during therapy sessions and document data.
