Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead behavioral intervention programs for children with autism, from birth to age 21. You will design and supervise evidence-based treatments, collaborate with families, and ensure data-driven progress while minimizing administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam in next 3 months (students welcome).
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, problem-solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and celebrate client skill gains.
• Discuss assessment results and treatment recommendations with families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Physically support sessions with children age 2-15 as needed.
