Links ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in New Jersey. We provide in-home and community ABA services for infants through teenagers with autism, focusing on communication, social interaction and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and in community settings.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and work well in teams.
