Strides ABA in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. We provide in-home services across the state, delivering tailored treatment plans to help children reach their goals.

As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze data, implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care. HIPAA-compliant documentation and staff training are also required.

Qualifications
