Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, support families, and collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or in next 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children with ASD.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and discretion.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise interventions to change behaviors in children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate client achievements.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Lead supervision and training for our growing team of technicians.
• Assist with physical activity and movement during sessions as needed.
