Job summary

Links ABA, a leader in ABA services, seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts in New Jersey to provide in-home and community ABA therapy. Supervising by senior clinical leadership, you will implement and adjust language, social, and communication programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analytic services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on programs and behavior plans.
• Be organized, self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative.
