Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our team in New Jersey on a full- or part-time basis. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism and provide family-centered guidance, while supporting a multi-tiered clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in clients’ achievements as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Train and orient the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically assist during sessions to supervise interactions with children aged 2–15.
