ABA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home-based ABA services across New Jersey. The role focuses on building strong family relationships while delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions in the home setting.

We emphasize robust clinical support, balanced caseloads, and schedules that support quality care and work-life balance for clinicians. BCBA-owned practice with collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes.
• Provide direct consultation and caregiver coaching within the home.
• Deliver individualized treatment recommendations that fit each family's routines and goals.
• Support skill generalization across natural environments.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers to promote long-term success.
• Maintain data collection systems and analyze client progress.
• Complete documentation required by funding sources.
• Prepare treatment updates and progress reports.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and peer collaboration.
