Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time or part-time clinical expert in Maryland. You will develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, ensuring hand‑offs to our clinical support team are smooth and effective.

You will work to monitor progress and advocate for clients throughout the treatment process. This role offers a retention bonus opportunity, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam soon.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions.
• Monitor progress and share in client achievements as behaviors improve.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share expertise through supervision, training, and orientation of staff.
• Physically accompany children during sessions and maintain pace with activities.
