Job summary

ListenUp in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Sales Consultant for an in-person, full-time role. You will perform in-store and in-home design consultations for AV, Smart Home, Lighting, and Networking solutions, delivering world-class customer service. The position requires living in the area and working Mon-Sat, 9:00am-6:00pm.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $125,000 annually and includes commission; benefits include 401k match, PTO, holidays, health coverage, and life/AD&D/LTD protections.

Qualifications

• In-person sales role; must live in Albuquerque area.
• Experience in home entertainment or AV sales preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate products and present proposals.
• Strong customer service and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, conduct product demonstrations, and create awareness of what is possible.
• Determine SOW and ensure proposals align with client needs.
• Establish and maintain revenue-generating client relationships.
• Attend customer events after hours as needed for networking.
