Express Flooring seeks ambitious Design Consultants for in-home sales in the Albuquerque area. You will meet homeowners at their homes, present flooring solutions, and guide decisions from consultation to signed agreement.

You’ll represent a leading flooring company with a trusted brand, systems, and opportunities. Role offers uncapped commissions with earnings potential typically $150,000–$250,000 in year one; top performers exceed $300,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your schedule and pipeline independently.
• Confidence in a one-call-close sales environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when customers are most available.
• Ability to lift and move product samples and materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and provide customized flooring solutions.
• Build trust quickly by understanding customer needs, lifestyle considerations, and project goals.
• Present curated product selections and design recommendations that help customers make confident decisions.
• Prepare accurate measurements and project estimates.
• Educate and present customers with financing options and available promotions.
• Drive the sale from consultation to signed agreement, with the expectation of earning the customer's business during the initial appointment.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
