Big Sandy Superstore is seeking an Appliance & Electronics Technician to diagnose and repair customer units. You will contact customers at the start of each work day, run calls scheduled, diagnose appliances/electronics, order parts, document in the work order, install parts, test operation, and finalize billing notes from the customer’s home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnostics and repair of customer units.
• Contact customer at the start of each work day and run scheduled calls.
• Order parts and document in the work order from the customer's home.
• Install parts on units and test operation after installation.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer's home.
