Big Sandy Superstore is seeking an Appliance & Electronics Technician to diagnose and repair customer units. You will contact customers at day start, run scheduled calls, diagnose issues, order parts, install them, and document results. Billing notes must be completed after each visit, with additional duties as assigned.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and independent work when needed, within a supportive environment that values quality service and employee growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose Appliances & Electronics.
• Order parts and document comments in the work order.
• Install parts and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document failed repair in the system.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer’s home.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned within the agreed timeframe.
• Contact customer at start of each work day.
• Run all calls scheduled for the day.
