Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore is seeking an Appliance & Electronics Technician to diagnose, repair, and test customer units in a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will start each day by contacting customers, run scheduled calls, and document activities in the system. You’ll order parts, install replacements, and finalize billing notes from the customer’s home.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer appliances and electronics.
• Communicate with customers at start of each day and document work performed.
• Order parts and update work orders from the customer's home.
• Install parts and test unit operation after repair.
• Record billing notes and complete all required documentation.
