Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Highland Park, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician to join our in-home ABA team. You will work directly with children and implement individualized ABA plans under supervision, delivering one-on-one therapy in clients' homes during afternoon and early evening hours.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA supervisors, and building essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Available minimum of 15 hours per week; afternoon/evening 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive strategies.
• Collect session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
