Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork, ongoing training, and professional communication with families. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within 25 miles are required; 15+ hours/week and afternoon/evening availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Minimum availability of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles from home for client sessions.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support behavior change.
• Collect session data and complete required clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other clinical team members.
• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
