Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Hemet, CA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. You'll implement plans developed by a BCBA, teach communication and daily living skills, and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week and afternoon/evening availability 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from home for client sessions.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
