Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Redlands, CA offers in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children, guided by BCBA supervision. You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through one-on-one sessions and data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
