As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in home settings and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; professionalism in interactions with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
