Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavioral Interventionists. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy and supporting skill development under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate data, and communicating professionally with families. Flexible afternoon/evening hours and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
