Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA guidance, and helping clients develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates can commit to 15+ hours weekly with afternoon/evening availability, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings
