Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy, supporting children’s communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing individualized plans, and collaborating with clinicians, families, and caregivers. The role requires afternoon/evening availability and a willingness to travel within 25 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
• Available a minimum 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
