The Treetop ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related needs. You will collect data, develop and adjust individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to support client progress.

A qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days, with reimbursement provided. Field travel is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred; commitment to obtain certification within 60 days with reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistent therapy.
• Provide feedback to parents on daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Follow instructions and seek clarity when needed.
• Work independently or in a team as required.
• Maintain reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
