Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis interventions in clients' homes across the United States. You will collect and analyze progress data under BCBA supervision and coordinate with a team to ensure effective therapy programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED; RBT certification is preferred, with a commitment to obtain within 60 days. Flexible scheduling, strong support, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of therapy programs.
• Communicate with families about daily activities and progress.
• Participate in developing and refining ABA therapy programs.
