The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA interventions in clients' homes and collect progress data under supervision.

You will collaborate with BCBA supervision, communicate with families, and help develop individualized therapy plans. Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and eager to grow professionally in a supportive environment offering benefits and ongoing training.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred; commit to obtain within 60 days.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress under supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff for therapy effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to families regarding daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
