Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy directly in clients' homes across the United States. You will collect data, implement personalized ABA programs, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to ensure meaningful progress for children with autism and related needs.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, and RBT certification is preferred with a commitment to obtain it within 60 days. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred; commitment to obtain within 60 days offered with pay increase and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy program effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians on daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate with clients, families and team members for effective therapy.
• Be open to feedback and eager to learn; follow instructions diligently.
• Work in team or independently as program requires.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
