Job summary

The Treetop is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes across multiple states. You will collect data, help implement individualized plans, and work closely with BCBA supervision to promote client progress.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and capable of independent or team work. A high school diploma is required, with RBT preferred and transportation to client homes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred with commitment to obtain within 60 days.
• Experience with ABA or working with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress under supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy program effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to parents regarding daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
