Job summary

The Treetop is seeking hardworking Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clients' homes across multiple states. You will collect progress data, implement individualized therapy plans, and work closely with BCBA supervision to ensure effective treatment.

This role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. Certifications like RBT are preferred, with opportunities for pay increases upon

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress under supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistent therapy programs.
• Give feedback to parents and guardians on activities and progress.
