Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions in clients’ homes across multiple states. You will work under supervision to collect data, track progress, and adapt therapy plans to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification preferred with commitment to obtain within 60 days.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to clients' homes.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect and analyze progress data under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistent therapy programs.
• Offer feedback to parents and guardians on daily activities.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy plans.
• Develop behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Learn and respond to feedback to improve performance.
• Travel to clients' homes with reliable transportation.
