Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA interventions for children with autism and other needs. You will collect progress data, work under a BCBA, and adapt therapy programs to each family’s environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred; commitment to obtain certification within 60 days with reimbursement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to physical demands.
• Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in homes.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff for consistent therapy.
• Provide feedback to parents on daily activities and progress.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA programs.
• Assist in creating behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Be open to feedback and learning.
