Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and related needs.

You will collect progress data, support BCBA supervision, and collaborate with families to implement individualized treatment plans. A high school diploma or GED is required; RBT certification is preferred with commitment to obtain it within 60 days. Valid driver’s license is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred; commit to certification within 60 days with reimbursement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy effectiveness.
• Communicate with families about progress and activities.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA programs.
