Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy in Maricopa, AZ is hiring paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes during after-school hours.

As an RBT/BT, you will implement play-based ABA plans under a BCBA, track progress with a data system, and collaborate with families for meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in SPED, para, or care roles.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes using play-based ABA.
• Follow treatment plans created by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress using a data system on your phone/tablet.
• Collaborate with BCBA and fellow techs for consistency.
• Provide feedback to families and celebrate progress.
