Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT/BT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism in Phoenix. You will help build daily living skills and communication through play-based ABA designed by a licensed BCBA.

Hours are afternoon and evening for part-time work, with consistent client assignments and training provided. Ideal for paraprofessionals from schools or clinics seeking extra hours and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Availability for afternoon/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in clients' homes using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow treatment plans created by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress using a simple data system on your phone or tablet; training provided.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and fellow techs to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate small wins.
