Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours in Phoenix. As an RBT/BT, youll provide 1:1 support to children, helping them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA designed by a licensed BCBA.

You will work with the same children consistently, making real progress in their everyday environments and receive training and supervision to meet them

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in SPED, para, or caregiving roles.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to support learning through play-based ABA.
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans created by a BCBA supervisor.
• Track progress using a simple data system on a phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and fellow techs for consistency.
• Provide feedback to families and celebrate small wins.
