Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD, under supervision. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies to increase adaptive behaviors, collect data, and maintain open lines of communication with families and the supervisory team.

This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to advance, including pathways to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT roles, and a $250 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA services delivered in home settings.
• Data collection and progress tracking using a digital system.
• Strong communication with families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
