Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY is seeking an ABA Therapist for in-home, 1:1 ABA services with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role emphasizes applying behavior-analytic strategies according to each patient’s plan and collecting data to track progress.

You will maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and administration while following supervision from a BCBA. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Special Education (preferred).
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
