Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on applying ABA strategies to increase functional skills and safety.

You will collect data in our electronic system, communicate with families and clinical leadership, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team. A $250 onboarding bonus is offered; pay is $22–$30 per hour, with part-time and potential full-time

Qualifications

• Special education experience preferred
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience preferred
• Ability to collect and document data accurately

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD
• Follow treatment plans and use behavior-analytic strategies
• Record data in electronic data system
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
