Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD under supervision. The role involves applying behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning outcomes and safety, and ensures accurate data collection and reporting.

The position offers a flexible schedule with onboarding bonus and opportunities for growth within the team; prior RBT certification is required and preferred experience in special education or ABA is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Special Education (Preferred).
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (Preferred).
• RBT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
