Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under supervision. You will use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors, following each patient’s treatment plan.

Data will be collected and submitted on an electronic system, and you will maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration to support ongoing progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in-home with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
