Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD under supervision. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies aligned with each patient’s treatment plan to improve learning, safety and social opportunities.

The role offers a flexible schedule with potential to transition to full-time. Onboarding includes training and ongoing support in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Special education (Preferred).
• 1 year experience in Applied behavior analysis (Preferred).
• RBT Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
