Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to implement ABA programs for children with ASD and developmental disabilities. Services are provided in home or center-based settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, record progress using electronic data systems, and support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive and academic domains. Team collaboration and ongoing supervision are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred
• RBT certification preferred but not required at hire; must obtain within 90 days if applicable
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or centers as needed
• Must pass background checks including criminal history and abuse registry screenings
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and to sit/kneel on the floor as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress
• Implement skill acquisition programs for communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors
• Follow behavior reduction protocols as designed by the BCBA
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and settings
• Provide reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques per the treatment plan
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times
