Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to implement individualized ABA programs for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in home settings.

You will work under the direct supervision of a BCBA to deliver 1:1 therapy and track progress. Responsibilities include data collection, running skill acquisition programs, and applying behavior reduction strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• RBT certification preferred but not required at hire; must obtain within 90 days if applicable.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA direction
• Record and maintain data on client progress
• Implement skill acquisition programs for communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors
• Follow behavior reduction protocols designed by BCBA
• Assist with generalization of skills across settings
• Provide reinforcement and prompting per treatment plan
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times
