ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism in in-home settings, under the direct supervision of a BCBA.

The role is part-time with a flexible schedule and travel to client homes. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, data collection, and applying behavior strategies while maintaining professional conduct and adhering to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required at hire; must be obtained within 90 days if applicable.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes as needed.
• Background checks including criminal history and abuse registry screenings required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and sit on the floor as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA direction.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress using data systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs for communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols as designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and clients.
• Provide reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques per treatment plan.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct per BACB guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times.
