Job summary

Golden-Care-Therapy is hiring an ABA Therapist to provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across Florida. Under supervision, you will apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors as outlined in each patient’s treatment plan.

Data collection is performed on an electronic system, and you will maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
• 1 year experience in Special Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
